Legal
Privacy policy.
This policy explains what we collect when you browse events, book tickets or contact us, why we need it, and the choices you have.
This page is template copy. Have it reviewed for your business and the law where you sell before you publish it.
What we collect
We collect only what booking and attending an event needs:
- Your name and email address, from checkout or your account.
- Your password, stored only as a secure hash that cannot be read back.
- Your orders: the event, the seats or ticket types, the amounts and the payment provider's reference.
- Your tickets and their check-in records, such as the time a ticket was admitted.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
- Your language and theme choice, and your signed-in session, kept in your own browser.
How we use it
We use your details to issue your tickets and send them to you, to verify your account, to keep your seats while you check out, to admit each ticket once at the door and to answer your messages.
We send reminders about events you booked unless you turn them off in your profile. We send news only if you choose to receive it.
Payments
You pay on the secure page of the payment provider, such as Stripe or PayPal. Your card or account details are entered there and never reach our pages or our servers.
We receive only what confirms your order: whether the payment succeeded, the amount and the provider's reference.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without tracking cookies. If the site owner adds analytics or advertising tags, they measure visits to improve the site and are described here once added.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with:
- The organiser of the event you booked, who needs your name and ticket to welcome you and check you in.
- The payment provider that processes your payment.
- The email service that delivers your tickets and messages.
How long we keep it
Orders and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires for financial records. Your account is kept until you ask us to delete it. Contact messages are kept while we need them to answer you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to how we use it. You can change your email preferences at any time in your profile.
